 Here I am with some of my Realtor friends from New Hampshire on the Mall in Washington, DC, on Thursday, May 17th. We were 13,878 strong voices in support of Home Ownership and its importance to the overall economy. Hopefully Congress was listening. We rallied to tell Congress, first do no harm to real estate. A full and lasting economic recovery will only occur with a vibrant real estate sector leading the way. We rallied to tell Congress that REALTORS� are not sitting on the sidelines waiting for action.

Even markets like Florida and Nevada are showing increased sales and price improvement.When you hear this from a REALTOR, you may not want to believe it is true. So, let's hear what the News Media is saying - Housing Market Recovery Has Begun, Time Magazine Home Prices are Stabilizing Signifying a Housing Market Bottom - Forbes Magazine Like Warren Buffett, I wish I could buy up every single family home [in Coastal Delaware]. There is big demand for rental homes and in a few years I know I could make a better return on my money than I am getting in the stock market.
