This is Winter?
| The weather this winter has been mild in Delaware. This is the way it's supposed to be but the last two winters have been exceptions. I was out today with a light jacket on. As I write this the temperature is 50 degrees and it is 6 pm!
Before Bill and I leave on our vacation to Key West for two weeks, I did want to get out a quick update.
