Can I back to trees?
|
This is not an easy request but there are a few opportunities to get a premium lot that backs to a tree line. One is in the current phase at Independence. I wish I had snapped a photo last week before the big rain and wind. The colors were incredible! I asked John to email a photo - see it to the right. This was before the fall colors but it does show you the density of the tree line.

Once these lots are gone, there won't be more on a tree line for at least a year or more.

Four Seasons off to good start!

Still nothing to see but the Sales Trailer, but Four Seasons is off to a great start! I just heard that they have already sold 18 of the 34 homes in Phase I. The current pricing at $20,000 off the base model price is only good until they sell out of Phase I. In addition, they are providing another $5,000 toward upgrades and options.
