Get Ready for Year-End Opportunities! It all depends on the community and the builder. Is the community brand new or is it entering the Final Phase? Is the builder a publicly traded company or a smaller regional company? Why does this matter? Watch CNBC and you will know that home construction is a major factor in the US economy. So, it makes sense that a large national builder that is publicly traded is more sensitive to quarterly and year-end results. The best time to buy is when that builder is most motivated to negotiate. We know who those builders are and when they are most negotiable. Remember, not all companies end the year in December! |

That is now possible at Nassau Grove. Buy at today's pricing and select the lot that will be ready when you are. Clients of ours just wrote a contract on a lot and a home that will be ready for them in September of 2012. They have plenty of time to get their current home listed and sold. But wait - What happens if they sell their home quickly? Where will they live? Audrey already thought about that and here's what she told me - "I'll travel. I'll borrow my friend's RV and take an extended vacation! Being homeless will be fun." I do believe she is looking forward to it.
