Ethnic Food Sales Will Continue to Grow
According to a new report, ethnic food sales will probably grow 20% over the next four years. Mexican and Hispanic foods continue to be the most popular, but every year, immigrants from more and more companies are coming into the United States and want to see the flavors of their countries represented on store shelves and in restaurants. If your menu doesn't currently include any ethnic flavors, consider experimenting with new and exciting ingredients and take advantage of the growing ethnic populations in your area, as well as diners who are willing to try new and adventurous cuisines. |
