Though fall doesn't officially start until later this month, it's not too early to start thinking about holiday parties.  In this issue of Food for Thought, we'll take a look at how some in the industry get ready for the holidays while it's still barbecue season.  We'll also find out what fall brides are looking for at their events.  Finally we'll talk to John O'Shea, Executive Chef at Brown University as he prepares for the students to come back.

John O'Shea Worked His Way To the Top at Brown 
For many people, especially in the foodservice industry, staying at a job for over three decades is rare.  But John O'Shea, executive chef at Brown University, has done just that.  O'Shea started at Brown in 1976 and was promoted to Executive Chef eleven years ago.
