We at St. Joseph Manor would like to remind you of those less fortunate this holiday season. In addtition to our Annual Christmas Giving Tree, we have several other programs taking place to help those in need.
- Manor Coat Drive-Our drive helps those in need by giving those a chance to pick up a nice warm coat for the winter.
- Cell Phones for Soliders-We are an official drop-off site; each phone collected is turned in for pre-paid calling cards for our troops overseas to call home.
- Key for Hope-Drop-off site for old keys, which are then recycled and the money is used to support local programs to help those less fortunate.

Christmas Spirit is alive at St. Joseph Manor
You can certainly feel the Christmas spirit in the air as St. Joseph Manor prepares to celebrate the holiday season with its 118 residents and 60 Adult Day Health Program clients. Celebrating with the help of other local organizations and members of our community will make the season even more special.
"Christmastime is such an enchanting time of the year. We are so pleased that the community remembers our residents and clients during this time," stated Christopher Kenney, CEO/Administrator of St. Joseph Manor.
The season has been and continues to be celebrated in grand style from holiday parties and all the goodies they bring, to visits to the Enchanted Village and La Salette to view the holiday sights, and local entertainers such as Sigy Moler and the Time Steppers. They spread their Christmas spirit to all with their beautiful harmonies.
Once again, St. Joseph Manor will give back to our community through our Giving Tree Program. This program has been successfully running for over 17 years now and is coordinated by Diana Caperello, Director of Recreational Services, and Margaret Scholl, Director of Environmental Services. This program was established to provide holiday meals and gifts to disadvantaged families within our community. Every year the Giving Tree is set up in the Father Alphonsus Lobby and is decorated with tags that include age, gender and gift suggestions. Names of families are turned in by associates, visitors and family members of residents. This year we have over a dozen families on the Manor's Giving Tree that we will be able to provide food and presents to. "I am delighted with our Giving Tree Program and touched by the generosity of others. It is truly a wonderful feeling to be able to help families provide presents for their children and allow them to have a holiday meal on their table" commented Christopher Kenney, CEO/Administrator.
