Bausch & Stroebel AFV 4015 Refurbishment. March 2009 Hauser Maschinen were contracted by a client to refurbish a Bausch & Stroebel AFV 4015 ampoule filling and closing machine, together with new ampoule handling parts and a full factory acceptance test on all ampoule sizes. In addition, Hauser added pre- and post-gassing facilities to the machine, proving their ability to improve the features and performance of existing machinery. First of all the machine is stripped to its basic components and all parts are thoroughly checked and cleaned. Any badly worn or broken parts are discarded. The electrics are overhauled and upgraded where necessary. New ampoule handling and filling parts are manufactured according to the client's requirements. When all the required work has been completed and it meets the high standards of the Hauser senior technicians,  the client is invited to attend the Factory Acceptance Test. The machine is run under factory conditions using actual material supplied by the client, to get as close as possible to production conditions. The client approves the machine and any request additional modifications or changes are undertaken before packing and dispatch.
