No More Stress
Stress can sneak up behind you and BOOM! There it is. Triggers can come from work, home, the wedding, or loved ones. Trying to change everything outside of yourself will prove to be fruitless and more stressful. You must change how your respond to those triggers. I know first hand this is easier said than done. What does work is taking time for yourself. Countless self help manuals list this as a must. But if you are usually playing the part of a martyr you will find this difficult. However if you take baby steps you will get to the other side without falling down once.
- 52 Proven Stress Reducers. I love # 10: Stop working with stuff that doesn't work, broken shoelaces, alarm clock, etc.
- Have a cup of tea ALONE! Take a moment to be thankful and dream of only beautiful things. I received a can of Bouteaque Rubious Raspberry Herbal Tisane. It was delicious and takes the stress away, even if it is only a moment.
- Go to the museum see a fabulous exhibit and then have lunch in the museum cafeteria. I did this over the holiday and had a pretty good time even though it was really crowded I was able to enjoy the time. (That's where I got the idea for this Newsletter)

Look Great

Todays the day, you will join a gym, get a trainer, get up early and watch that Billy Blank tape, today is the day. I know you got busy at work and couldn't find a gym nearby so of course you didn't get a trainer, plus that cost too much money. And that Billy Blank tape is a tape, nuff said. I'm not letting you off so fast. If you don't get moving your gut will be moving up on you. Sitting in your lap like a bowling ball, round, heavy, and hard to move.
Don't wait, unless you want to be on The Biggest Loser, you can acturally start online. I found Free Trainers.com. Now you have no excuses, it is as conveinent as reading an email and I know you do that.
But if you are really serious about excersize check out Serious Fitness.blogspot.com. Here you will see transformations and great nutritioal advice that will get you moving.
If you want to have fun get take a belly dancing class. I found the Belly Dancers Of Color in Washington DC. This will get you moving, groving and ready for your dress and learn a little dance for the honeymoon.
Set a goal and find a fitness lifestyle that you can carry into the marrage and beyond. Oh yeah, and about that Billy Blank tape, he has DVD's, no excuses.

Penny Wise
So here is what it is going to be like. Every time you say wedding, venders will say $2000. You and fiance` will look like deer caught in headlights. Then you'll want it, want it, want it, buy it. The wedding budget will go through the roof and you will overspend for the wedding about 20% or more.
This is the beginning of the end. When the sky is the limit, soar, but if you can only go as high as the second floor, hold onto your pennies and create a wonderful wedding within your budget. Going off the page and spending money you don't have can set a prescient of financial woes to come. It is a good idea for couples to get on the same page BEFORE you are one on the page. Sit down with a financial advisor and get all your pennies lined up just right. Financial Planners from Met Life 646-227-5000

A Wonderful Place
A love story by Cassandra L. Thomas
A Wonderful Place is a paranormal romance where the main character travels to another time in the past to find love.

Get away with this short sory of love, imagination, and triumph. Cassandra L. Thomas writes her characters speaking in a thick southern dialect. It will be like you are far away from reality. So sop up this short story like biscuts and gravey, enjoy.
