Our Instructors!
Advanced Brewing Class  

Do you want to take your brewing to the next level?   Then this class is designed for you.  Not only will you learn to be a better brewer, but you will also have fun!

JP and Tom's Advanced Brewing Class is a 3 night class, with 3 hours of fun and great information each night. 

This class is for extract and all-grain brewers alike.

Ever wonder what the classic beer "off - flavors" taste like?  That is one of the exercises that Tom and JP will lead you through, complete with a sensory evaluation of some samples of beers that they have infected with flavors like Diacetyl and DMS (Dimethyl-Sulfide).

Do you want to learn to formulate your own beer recipes?  JP and Tom will take you through the steps to formulate your own recipes using popular brewing software programs like Promash.

And more!

The next Advanced Brewing Class is the end of this month, April 26th, 27th and 28th.  Each night class starts at 6 pm and ends around 9 pm.  Registration is $60 per thirsty brewer.

Wine Making with Kits Class

Are you ready to make wine?

Our wine guy Chris will get you started with this 3 hour class on Wednesday May 4th, from 6pm to 9 pm.

Chris will show you all of the steps necessary to make a 6 gallon batch of wine using one of the RJ Spagnol's wine kits.

You will see everything from the first day mixing the grape juice with all of the other ingredients to bottling and labeling a 6 gallon batch of wine.

You will get to taste the wine at every stage of the process, including at bottling when it actually tastes like wine!

Class fee is $20 per thirsty student.

Beginning Cheese Making Class
Interest in Cheese Making has grown dramatically in the past few years, and our newest classes are satisfying this desire.

Our cheese instructor Lois will show you how to make Feta, Mozzarella and Ricotta in this fun demonstration style
class.

The next class is Saturday, May 7th, from Noon to 4 pm.  Samples of home made cheese will be available.   Class registration is $40.
