Cheese Making Classes
We are offering beginning cheese making classes, with our next w class scheduled for Saturday, January 22nd, and Saturday February 19th from 12:00 (noon) to 4:00 pm.
In this 4 hour class Lois will be demonstrating how to make Feta, Mozzarella and Ricotta. Class size is limited to 12 cheese lovers, and is $40 for the 4 hour class.
We sell 2 books that are excellent beginning books for cheese makers. Both of these books would be great holiday gifts!
Making Artisan Cheese by Tim Smith ($21.99) has 50 recipes for making cheese with somewhat glossy pages so that you don't ruin the book by dripping liquids on it while making cheese.
