Our wine tasting and food bites pairing is just around the corner.  We will be highlighting the 20th Anniversary of the Limited Edition wines.  Get your tickets here at the store or order them online.

We have a new neighbor, and we are thrilled to have him here.  Rebecca & Zach Gray have opened Paper Tiger Coffee Roasters last week in the old Chicago Steamer location.  Truly fresh coffee in the 'Couv.

Bader Logo Get your tickets to our Wine Tasting and food pairing November 13th. 

Winexpert's Limited Edition program is now 20 years old, and this year they are celebrating by bring out the 5 most popular wines of the past 20 years.

To join in the Celebration, we will have a formal presentation of these 5 wines by Dave Larocque from "Wine Culture".  Dave has been in charge of wine appreciation classes at a variety of wineries, and brings 25 years of wine knowledge to our event.   I have attended two of Dave's presentations in the past, and enjoy his presentations immensely.

We will pair small food bites with each of the wines.

We will have our Limited Edition Wine Education Presentation on Friday November 13th, at 7 pm at the Pearson Air Museum.  Tickets are available here at the store or online at Baderbrewing.com   There will be no presentations this year at Bader Winery, as this event is substituting for those events of the past few years.

Are you also a coffee lover?   Our new neighbor, Paper Tiger Coffee Roasters, is now open!  As the name implies, they roast their own coffee on site.

Paper Tiger Coffee Roasters is at 703 Grand Blvd (the old Chicago Steamer hot dog location).  They have great coffee, fresh roasted coffee beans, along with some pastries and a place to hang out for a few minutes.

On your next visit to see us, be sure to stop in to Paper Tiger Coffee Roasters and say hi to Zach and Rebecca.
