HOLLYWOOD APPEARS TO BE MAKING GOOD MOVIES AGAIN.
The Hunger Games Theatrical
The Hunger Games Theatrical Trailer

With "The Hunger Games" grossing $152 Million in its opening weekend and films UFP supported, ACT OF VALOR and SAFE HOUSE are still in the top ten.  These films are still in the box-office making money for one reason only, they are good films.  Such a simple formula for success. Good story, good acting and voila, you have a good film. Overblown budgets needs to become a thing of the past. Spend more on the writers, that might continue this trend.

Trayvon Martin - An American Tragedy

It's very hard to write about the fun and excitement of entertainment knowing a young man full of promise was killed a month ago and no one has been arrested.  I guess that is the extremely troubling part about this case.  Travon's killer phoned 911, provided his home address, his name and provided his location. Then informs the police he was following someone, describes who he was following, makes racists statements about that person, then kills the person he was following. He then waits for the police to arrive at the crime scene where he has killed 17 year old Trayvon Martin in cold blood.  Seems like an open and shut case except the Sanford, FL Police botched the entire investigation by not arresting George Zimmerman, the trigger man, on the scene.  Now America is left with the ugly blood-stains of times past suddenly thrown back into our face as if it were 1912 as opposed to 2012. How do we go on? I think we simply STAND and fight for Trayvon. No teen, despite their age, race or how they dress deserves a death sentence for going to the store for Skittles candy and an ice tea. If we sit down and let this go as is, how sad for the good ole' U.S.A. Justice for Trayvon and his family should be a concern of everyone as it has proven to be.
