The Annual Feed the Bay Food Drive is scheduled for Sunday, March 25. This is a time when our churches and community come together to assist families that are less fortunate. Food collected will be used to stock our local food pantries. Feed the Bay's goal is to reach 1 million pounds of food collected after holding this event for seven years.
You can participate in this event by:
· Donating food and gift cards. If you cannot attend this event, gift cards can be placed in the offering plate in an envelope marked "Feed the Bay".
· Volunteering to collect and sort food at participating Publix stores. After February 20th, there will be a link on our church website where you can sign up to volunteer.
· Volunteering at Beth El to collect and sort food. Please contact Carrie Childs, 695-4581 or dcchilds1@verizon.net if you would like to help at Beth El.
