This is BIG, the market "might" be turning around.
This from Builder Magazine they say inventory is at 7 months nationally. In My Market Area we are 8.3 months for the past 30 days. This Nov. we closed 81 Last Nov. (2010) we closed 54. Get this, their was 3 closings on Wed. the 23rd and 8 that following Monday. RE never sleeps. | |
