We have added a few more features to version 19.2 Specifically for the OMH Managed Medicaid changes
Clients enrolled in both MH and OASAS programs Clients that are on Managed Medicaid and that are enrolled in both MH and OASAS programs need to be handled in a special manner. The MH services need to go exclusively to the Managed Medicaid company and the OASAS services need to go exclusively to Medicaid. We have added a number of features to the application to support this in a smooth and consistent way. Please contact the helpdesk if this situation applies to your agency
After hours add-on The after hours add-on now applies to the managed medicaid companies as well. The utility has been upgraded to create the add-on for all clients with Managed Medicaid coverage if the date of service is 9/1/2012 or later.
Printing UB04 forms from APG billing We had previously released the ability to print UB04 forms in black and white. We have now found a way to also allow printing onto pre-printed red UB04 forms. If you insurance plans require this please let us know and we can configure it for you.
