IMA Enhancements
We would like to inform you about three changes that will soon be showing up in your copy of the IMA Application. These changes are small but because the modules involved are heavily used we do not want you to be caught unaware.
They were released today and depending on how your server is configured for updates, should be in your test or production environments within two days.
Here is what has changed.
Client Search
We have redesigned the "client search" window that appears throughout the application. The layout is now more clear and intuitive but functionality has not changed. Click below for a view of the old and the new. Changes to Client Search
Progress Note Signatures In compliance with the rules for eSignature, the signature confirmation screen for progress notes was updated. This will make the functions more clear and also make it more consistent with the IMA Assessment and Treatment Plan Modules. Click below for a view of the old and the new. Changes to Progress Note Signature Confirmation Patient Allergies Patient allergies information has been incorporated into the IMA EHR. Allergies may now be recorded in the Medication Module and can be viewed on the Registration Face Sheet, the Client Home Page, and when writing progress notes. |
