As you probably know, Governor Scott has put a moratorium on new regulations in the state, and with that Executive Order, recent FDEP hearings have been cancelled.
We would like to announce that our next newsletter will contain the First Annual Florida Solid Waste Rate Survey. These data will be sumamrized in a special White Paper, which we will provide to all our readers in future issues.

Is your Transfer Station Efficient? One County Evaluates Its Management and Operations
Many communities operate transfer station and drop off centers in order to provide convenient recycling and solid waste disposal locations for their residents. SCS was engaged by a solid waste agency in Washington to evaluate its operations for decision-makers to determine if the system was run efficiently and cost-effective.
