Recipe of the Month:
The Spike Lounge and Grill is sharing their secrets recipes from behind the counter. This month the staff of Spike Lounge and Grill is sharing one of their many dessert delicacies. Try it your self at home. Simply follow the ingredients and steps below and enjoy the rich and tasty Greenacres Signature Sasquatch Fudge.
Greenacres Signature Sasquatch Fudge
300 ml sweet and condensed milk
3 cups of chopped quality chocolate
1 cup Mini marsh mellows
½ cup cashews (mix)
¼ cup cashews for top garnish
½ cup peanut butter
Instructions
1st: Pour sweet and condensed milk into saucepan, add chocolate and heat slowly on low temperature until chocolate is melted.
2nd: Add peanut butter, stir well, and remove from heat.
3rd: Fold marsh mellows and nuts into mixture.
4th: Press into 8"x 8" baking dish lined with parchment paper.
5th: Gloat to your friends and family :)
