 Numbers review
Our end of the year meeting was held on December 29th to analyze the year 2010. Some interesting numbers: Sales were stable for the 3rd year (+2.2%).
Number of Customers increased +14%, but average sale per customer decrease -13%. A national survey shows a drop of 19% of residential Roofing work.
It is reflecting a tough environment where Roofing contractors were unable to maintain their margin. Conclusion= Working harder to keep the same outcome.

 New Office
Shortages of space conduct the company to expand our office space to another unit on the same warehouse building in Oakland Park. The new place will host the accounting and executive Department.

 Visit the Astec Plant
Following the acquisition of Ampco Roofing and developing the affiliation with Astec, liquid applied system for commercial roof, Thierry Devove, the owner of Evans Roofing, was invited to visit the Plant in Inverness, Florida. It was a very constructive meeting with Dave Ziebarth, CEO and Dean Boddiford, Regional Sales Represenative. The Plant is certified ISO and the equipment is top of the line.
