A Call for Unit Visitation Documentation

     2011 is quickly coming to a close and, in the last few months, our Council's Commissioner service has been busy visiting their Packs, Troops, and Crews.  We took the first step toward Journey-To-Excellence (JTE) recognition by registering and guiding the District and Unit Commissioners in the use of the online Unit Visitation Tracking System 2.0 (UVTS 2.0). This tracking system provides a single and simple mechanism to send the needs of our Packs, Troops, and Crews up and down the Scouting food chain.  If you are a Commissioner and have not documented your previous unit visits, we need you to do so prior to December 31, 2011.   

     This simple task is very helpful to your District's JTE recognition, but, more importantly, helps you better serve your units.  If you need any assistance with using UVTS, please contact your District Commissioner.
