~ Fall Cleanup ~
With the cooler weather approaching and leaves falling, it's time to get your fall cleanup done. Our fall cleanup consists of blowing all leaves, perennial cutbacks and any debris from shrub prunes out of landscape beds and fence lines. Lawn & Landscape Solutions will then ensure that all debris is hauled away from your curb via our lawn vac and dump truck system.
This service runs $70 per hour. |

~Additional Fall Fertilizer~
It's time for the most important application of the year! A heavy application of nitrogen fertilizer to build a large food reserve for spring is one of the most important steps in your lawn care regimen. This will ensure earlier spring green-up, better than normal color, better rooting and tillering, and fewer spring diseases. If you have already signed up for our fertilizer program, call us and we can still get you on the schedule for an extra winterizer application!
This service runs $59 for lawns which are 6,000 sq. feet and below, and $70 for lawns over 6,000 sq. feet. The application is 46-0-0, all mineral. |
 ~Sprinkler Blowouts~ Sprinkler blowouts are an important step to winterizing your irrigation system. Water that is left in your irrigation pipes can freeze and potentially cause them to break. Prevent this from happening to your system today. Our irrigation "blowout" consists of shut off along with the use of an industrial grade air compressor system to rid each one of your zones of any remaining water. This should ensure your pipes from freezing and cracking or breaking. It is recommended this be done prior to the first hard freeze for best results.
This service typically runs $70 for 1-8 zones, $75 for 8-12 zones, $85 for 12 zones and above.

~Snow Removal~ Our route is filling up fast, sign up now!
Snow removal operations are to commence when accumulation of 2 inches of snow or ice occurs, regardless of time of day, day of week, including all holidays. Customer agrees to allow Lawn & Landscape Solutions to decide what action is warranted based upon conditions at the time. Lawn & Landscape Solutions will use its best judgment based upon weather conditions and forecasts
Residential snow removal includes all drives and walks as well as ice melt application if requested. Most 2 car driveways will cost $70. For a 3 car driveway runs $80. For a circle or private drive please call us for pricing.
