So we just missed being part of Fort Worth Magazine's Top Chef Challenge...that's OK. There's always next year! In the meantime, the Wild Mushroom chefs will have plenty to keep them busy this month. at Artspace 111, located at the edge of downtown Fort Worth
Dinner for Life Benefit July 24The event will benefit Cuisine for Healing, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making nutritious, delicious food readily available to cancer patients and others combating disease.

The seated affair will include a six-course meal and wine pairings. Each unique course will be prepared by one of six top chefs in the Fort Worth area and will meet Cuisine for Healing's certification guidelines. The chefs participating in the charity event include Asdren Azemi, Ruffino's Restaurant (Fort Worth); Jon Bonnell, Bonnell's Fine Texas Cuisine (Fort Worth); Gwin Grimes, Artisan Baking Co. (Fort Worth); Jerrett Joslin, The Wild Mushroom (Weatherford); Lanny Lancarte II, Lanny's Alta Cocina Mexicana (Fort Worth) and Brian Olenjack, Olenjack's Grille, (Arlington).
