New From Vietnam

Shiso! Shiso! Shiso!

It's in, at last! Possibly the most sought after oil we know....Exploding sharp, green, startling pepper, Shiso is served in your better sushi restaurants due to its ability to counteract seafood poisoning. True that may be, but nothing smells like shiso.

Fresh Ginger! Our Vietnamese distiller was the first to do fresh (as opposed to dried) ginger oil, as far as I know. And there is no other oil like this one: fresh, juicy, mouth-watering, and delicious. Like the actual spice, the difference between fresh and dried ginger essential oils are so vast that they might as well be two different spices.

Black Pepper!  Our wonderful, deep and richly textured black pepper essential oil has an undertone of warm spice and comfortable longing. Like the two above, this black pepper oil is considered to be a digestive, warming and stimulating.
