New From Egypt

We've received a shipment from Egypt, from our fabulous distiller there, who also does absolutes.

In now: Cassie and Carnation Absolutes! Cassie is a mimosa relative, all yellow puffs and powder sweet sexy. Carnation is a huge, startlingly vibrant floral, and really, if you only know carnation by those flower stands, then come and have a whiff of this. This absolute might shock you!

Geranium! Our sparkling green fresh geranium essential oil is like diving into an otherworld of pure green floral delight. Geranium is balancing, sure, and known to regulate hormones, of course, but she really just shines and dances in her bold, mouth-watering happiness.

Sweet Marjoram! Soft sweet and happy herbal. This is the best and truest marjoram I know.

Cumin Seed! Well......it's not what you'd wear as a perfume, but if you're looking for fresh and very strong cumin seed essential oil, we have it!

frankincense tree

New From Oman

All new fresh and sparkling Frankincense essential oil, distilled at our own Omani distillery in Dhofar. This oil is from the fresh gum of the "Old Lady Trees," now in season. This Frankincense oil has flowery butterfly shimmer and an orange spicy note reminiscent of the coastal trees who enjoy high humidity throughout the summer months.

myrrh still

Myrrh hydrosol is new at Enfleurage, and we are very proud of offer our first batch. This hydrosol is very rich in essential oils, as it was distilled by me for the hydrosol and no oils have been separated from the hydro-base. It's completely intact. Myrrh is known for its insanely useful skin healing and preserving properties, whether for burns, cuts, bites and wounds, or just for mature and environmentally challenged skin.

Opericum shells, should you be looking for them.....we have them at the moment, as well as Ambergris, and of course our black and oozy fresh "Old Lady" frankincense.

The "Old Lady Trees" are so named because of their great age, fortitude and sturdiness. They populate a certain wadi and guard it like the sentinels they are. These trees speak of patience, wisdom, and kindness. I often eat my lunch with them, or just go sit in their presence when I need to feel grounded.

conifer

New From Quebec

Honey, it's Conifer Time!!!

Our delightful Laurentian distiller has been busy bringing us the best in green needled essential oil.

Now in stock: Balsam Fir essential oil, sweet as sugar, and a sensible choice in any winter blend. All needle oils can be counted on for their affinity to the respiratory system, and also to sore muscles and swollen joints.

White Pine is new to us at Enfleurage, and we are proud and happy to welcome him.

Also included in this little shipment is our new Hemlock Spruce. Please note that this is not the Hemlock Socrates drank; Hemlock Spruce is an evergreen tree, not an herb. This is a fantastic friend for these last days of wintry weather and the bright, promising first days of spring.
