Helichrysum!
Seems like I start out these newsletters with "Finally!" a
lot, but as always, it's entirely appropriate. Because helichrysum is "finally"
here! Yup, that intense golden honey herbal bright floral so intrinsic to so
many therapeutic as well as olfactory-only blends has arrived from Bosnia,
heading our newest delegation of oils. And we are so happy! Fresh and
fantastic, we are once again well-stocked with lovely Helichrysum italicum.

Winter Savory!
The first time we welcome this fierce little
oil, is you want an anti-microbial, then this is the one for you. His scent is
reminiscent of thyme, and even oregano; a stout little powerhouse of vigor.
Sage!
Usually I don't announce sage with such fanfare, but
he a crackling yet soft little explosion of Salvia. This is another heavy duty
herbal, think dry and rugged mountains, rock, clear fresh air.
Juniper!
This is our usual, delicious Bosnian juniper,
distilled from the berries.
Laurel!
A hot fantastic leaf with a myriad of uses, our new
Bosnian laurel has a deep and rich resonance. Laurel has these hot and spicy
tones that really come through in a blend.

Conifers from Quebec
Balsam Fir
Our usual soft loveliness.
Arborvitae
This is thuja and there are plenty of cautions and
warnings for this oil, with its high level of thujone.
These are, as are all our delightful Quebec conifers, fresh and fragrant, lucious and lovely, perfect for those cold autumn nights. Our Canadian forest oils are wildcrafted with care in the Laurentian forests of wild Quebec, and distilled on site.
