Led by Dalia Abrams of Birthwell in Birmingham. This class for expecting mothers and fathers teaches what breathing exercises and postures help labor to progress, are more comfortable and make pushing more effective. Learn what your partner can do to support you during labor. This class is great for first time parents that want a short class to get oriented or want to learn more about non-medical ways to work through labor. It's also good for those wanting a refresher course about comfort measures for labor.

The community has been rallying around eleven year old Sean Fredella, decorating mailboxes with large blue bows in show of their support for his 4th battle with cancer, since age two. Proceeds from the sale of the bows went to help with Sean's medical expenses.
SEANstrong, (an account recently created by the Fredellas at Children's Hospital of Alabama in honor of Sean), will financially help families whose children are battling this life threatning disease and American Cancer Society's Relay for Life is a life-changing event that helps communities across the globe celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease.
Join posh as we rally with the community...to be SEANstrong!!
