The purpose of this email is to share with you a new (and old) venture I've decided to pursue and seek your support as the days, weeks and months evolve.
After 30 years as a YMCA Professional and a successful year as a Development Director (fundraiser), I've decided to pursue my life's passion as a Sports Memorabilia Collector/Dealer. Now some of you might be saying "I thought he is already doing that!" and you are right. Over the past 4 years I have dabbled but not fully engaged my efforts into this project. So with the support of my loving wife and son's I will now devote 100% of my time to make SteenoSports a successful venture.
My business plan is simple; develop several revenue streams which provide for strong operations and inventory resources. They are: daily ecommerce via my website and online auctions, client support services including consignment sales and
"Steeno find it" services. I will continue participation/coordination in sports memorabilia shows, provide retail displays in restaurants/sports bars and consultant work with nonprofits in their fund raising efforts. My Ultimate goal is not only to provide vintage sports memorabilia for collectors but also to host a client friendly place where networking, education and support are available.
