Meet our newest Instructor~ Brianne Davidson
Brianne Davidson, E-RYT, RPYT, CLD
Brianne first became certified to teach yoga in 2003. She was inspired from the first moment on her yoga mat and she immediately felt the passion to teach others. The style of her teaching is an eclectic blend of her original practice from NYC and Southern CT, as well as, what she learned with her wonderful teachers in the 10 years she lived in Colorado. She first became certified in March 2003 in Colorado in Phase I Yoga. That same year, she discovered and completed a 200 hour training with Inner Connections Yoga (registered with Yoga Alliance). Since the start of her teaching she has complemented and expanded her yoga with numerous workshops, conferences and prenatal training with Hansa Knox and separately with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. In addition, teaching prenatal yoga inspired her to train as a labor doula in June of 2008. Brianne enjoys teaching all levels of yoga, from gentle beginner to advanced vinyasa yoga. Brianne specializes in kids yoga, family yoga, mom and baby yoga, partner yoga and prenatal yoga. In 2009, Brianne founded Bhogah Yoga and began training yoga teachers at the 200 hour level under the requirements set by Yoga Alliance. Brianne is excited to be teaching in her home state of Connecticut, hopes to inspire her students to find their own yoga from within and feels blessed to connect with them on their path on this exciting journey.

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training At Bloom Yoga Fitness Studios under the Direction of Brianne Davidson; E-RYT, CLD.
This comprehensive 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training will deepen all aspects of your yoga practice, allowing you to discover and foster the teacher within you. With a focus on Vinyasa Flow yoga, learn to develop dynamic, creative, and intelligent flows, and gain the ability to intuitively adapt sequences for all levels of practitioners and abilities. Establish a solid understanding of yogic principles, asana, alignment, and practical teaching skills. Learn to safely support the growth of each student and to provide skillful, intelligent assists. Discover a safe space to challenge and deepen your personal practice, allowing you to awaken your unique voice and style. Emerge from this transformative experience with lasting inspiration, an open heart, and the confidence to teach with authenticity and grace.
9 weekends beginning Friday January 11, 2013 and concluding Sunday May 5, 2013.
We will be holding a free information night on Friday September 14, 2012 from 7-8:00pm for anyone interested in joining this training.

Considered a "folk art" in Thailand, it is not uncommon for family members to work on each other to help ease everyday stress, tension and sore muscles. In this class a combination of stretching , breathing and assisted yoga postures are incorporated into a partner bodywork session that leaves both receiver and giver feeling relaxed, calm and at the same time energized. We
will present a short routine of 10 - 15 moves that can be shared with a partner of any size or level of flexibility. This is a fun, effective method to release the tensions of everyday life and a beautiful way to connect, calm and center yourself and each other! About the Presenters~ The BodyMind Thai massage presenters are Licensed Massage Therapists and Thai Practitioners with many years experience in the practice of Nuad Bo Rarn, or Traditional Thai Massage. They are sincere, dedicated professionals interested in spreading the beauty and benefit of this ancient bodywork art to the community.
