Schedule~
8:30-9:00am: Arrive at the studio for registration and morning tea
9-10:30am: Begin your morning with an invigorating ALL Levels Yoga class that will cleanse and energize the entire body. Led by Renee Braunsdorf
10:45-12:15pm: Become inspired and encouraged as Julie leads part one of the RENEW Your Story Workshop. Learn how to actively create the life you desire and take inspired action towards your goals
12:15-1:15pm: Enjoy a delicious organic lunch catered by Whole Foods
1:15-2:45pm: Revitalize your mind with the second half of the RENEW Your Story Workshop. Enjoy an inspiring lecture that will focus on discovering success and happiness, followed by conversation, questions/answers and self-reflection
2:45-3pm: Light refreshments and break
3-4:30pm: Soothe your body and mind with a Restorative Yoga session. This flowing blend of Restorative and Gentle Yoga, supported poses, and guided affirmations, will allow you to enter a deep state of relaxation, alleviate stress, and release toxins from the body. Led by Julie Wallace
4:30-4:45pm: Break
4:45-5:00pm: Close the evening with a centering meditation
