Strengthen your understanding and awareness during this foundation building workshop. Though not technically a beginner class, this Power Flow Vinyasa workshop will help students of all levels understand the core basics of Vinyasa Yoga. From Sun Salutations to Arm Balances to Inversions, this workshop will give you the chance to take and examine your practice from a slower perspective allowing for greater understanding. Areas covered include: Sun Salute A and B, Proper transitions of standing poses, Balancing poses (importance of drishti), Connecting to your core, Maintaining balance and breath, Turning inward for guidance and strength, and bringing enjoyment into your practice. Join us to breakdown the sequencing and methodology of Power Vinyasa, and get the most from your practice. 24 hour cancellation policy.

Begin your week being inspired by the teachings of today's foremost spiritual leader, Paramhansa Yogananda, through Bloom Wisdom, a workshop series to focus and enlighten the body and soul, while uncovering the beauty of Yogananda's latest texts. Workshops will meet on select Sundays from 3-5:30pm for invigorating lectures and conversation enabling you to explore the full potential and power of your highest self. Take your yoga practice off the mat and transcend the principals and wisdom of yoga into everyday life through these enlightening workshops. Reading of the text is not required.

 

This series will be led by owner and founder of Bloom Yoga Fitness Studios, Julie Wallace, a Certified Life Coach offering guidance and expertise in the areas of health and wellness, midlife transitions, relationships, and overall personal growth. May 20th - HEALTH
Rejuvenate and thrive into a life full of health, balance and radiance. This workshop teaches the principals of overall physical health and well-being, the attainment of mental clarity, along with guidance to discover the ease and simplicity of living a grounded spiritual life. Participants learn invaluable energization exercises for rejuvenating the body and mind, the art of conscious relaxation, and nourishment tips for optimal health and beauty.

Want to fly, but can't seem to get your feet off the ground? If that's the case, then this is the workshop for you. Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop is an asana led workshop preparing the body to take flight, be upside down, and get the mind and body flowing. This workshop will breakdown Crow, Side Crow, Tripod Headstand, and Handstand. Participants will leave with the understanding and knowledge to safely perform these poses.Turn your practice upside-down for a truly invigorating and unique sequence of poses to physically nourish the body and mind. 24 hour cancellation policy.
