Begin your week being inspired by the teachings of today's foremost spiritual leader, Paramhansa Yogananda, through Bloom Wisdom, a workshop series to focus and enlighten the body and soul, while uncovering the beauty of four of Yogananda's greatest texts. Workshops will meet on select Sundays from 3-5pm for invigorating lectures and conversation enabling you to explore the full potential and power of your highest self. Take your yoga practice off the mat and transcend the principals and wisdom of yoga into everyday life through these enlightening workshops. Reading of the text is not required:

 

 

March 25th - How to Succeed~

 

Discover, foster, and balance success and happiness by exploring Yogananda's text as they apply to you and your life. Learn to achieve the highest success of material and spiritual efficiency by simply being yourself and focusing your strength and energy.  This workshop will unravel the complex teachings of Yogananda and help you to uncover and map the highest potential of your future.   

 

April 29th - How to Have Courage, Calmness, and Confidence~

 

Transform from negativity and feelings of depression into the strong and beautiful person deep within your soul. Participants will discover the power of confidence to overcome the fears of failure and learn ways to dissolve worry and cultivate serenity and peace. Self motivation and attitude adjustments can be easy and successful - learn the tools here. 

 

May 20th - How to Achieve Glowing Health and Vitality~

 

Rejuvenate and thrive into a life full of health, balance and radiance. This workshop teaches the principals of overall physical health and well-being, the attainment of mental clarity, along with guidance to discover the ease and simplicity of living a grounded spiritual life. Participants learn invaluable energization exercises for rejuvenating the body and mind, the art of conscious relaxation, and nourishment tips for optimal health and beauty.

 

This series will be led by owner and founder of Bloom Yoga Fitness Studios, Julie Wallace, a Certified Life Coach offering guidance and expertise in the areas of health and wellness, midlife transitions, relationships, and overall personal growth. Reserve your space today.

Join Kara and Kevin for a Yoga ROCKS Workshop!!! This class will incorporate strong music and a strong practice. Let the music move YOU!!! We have found that mixing a challenging, hot vinyasa practice with high-energy, fun and lively music enables students to "let go" more readily, work more easily in their practice (vs working harder), stretch more deeply and wring out their body and mind... all while having a good time and not quite even realizing they were "working" at all. Our workshop will be an evolution over the course of 2.5 hours -- a smooth, relaxing opening followed by a slow ramp-up to a more challenging vinyasa flow sequence, and easing down into a long, supported savasana. This is an ALL LEVELS workshop and we encourage you to join us no matter what your level of experience, body type or flexibility. It will be, ultimately, YOUR experience and we are here to support you in it!
