Begin your week being inspired by the teachings of today's foremost spiritual leader, Paramhansa Yogananda, through Bloom Wisdom, a four part workshop series to focus and enlighten the body and soul, while uncovering the beauty of four of Yogananda's greatest texts. Workshops will meet on select Sundays from 3-5pm for invigorating lectures and conversation enabling you to explore the full potential and power of your highest self. Take your yoga practice off the mat and transcend the principals and wisdom of yoga into everyday life through these enlightening workshops:

 

February 26th - Book 1: How to Be Happy All the Time~

 

Discover the meaning of true inner peace and experience joy that lasts. Participants will learn how and where to seek happiness, be empowered to choose to be happy, and discover the tools and techniques for achieving happiness.

 

March 25th - Book 2: How to Succeed~

 

Discover, foster, and balance success and happiness by exploring Yogananda's text as they apply to you and your life. Learn to achieve the highest success of material and spiritual efficiency by simply being yourself and focusing your strength and energy.  This workshop will unravel the complex teachings of Yogananda and help you to uncover and map the highest potential of your future.   

 

April 29th - Book 3: How to Have Courage, Calmness, and Confidence~

 

Transform from negativity and feelings of depression into the strong and beautiful person deep within your soul. Participants will discover the power of confidence to overcome the fears of failure and learn ways to dissolve worry and cultivate serenity and peace. Self motivation and attitude adjustments can be easy and successful - learn the tools here. 

 

May 20th - Book 4: How to Achieve Glowing Health and Vitality~

 

Rejuvenate and thrive into a life full of health, balance and radiance. This workshop teaches the principals of overall physical health and well-being, the attainment of mental clarity, along with guidance to discover the ease and simplicity of living a grounded spiritual life. Participants learn invaluable energization exercises for rejuvenating the body and mind, the art of conscious relaxation, and nourishment tips for optimal health and beauty.

 

This four part series will be led by owner and founder of Bloom Yoga Fitness Studios, Julie Wallace, a Certified Life Coach offering guidance and expertise in the areas of health and wellness, midlife transitions, relationships, and overall personal growth. Reserve your space today.

A combination of weight loss coaching, group support, guided exercise and meditation, this six-week program offers you the chance to balance and calm your relationship with food, exercise, and overall wellbeing. Beginning with a two week cleansing diet supported by protein, veggies, limited fruits, supplements, and lots of water, participants "heal" the metabolism and balance the body and mind. Over the course of the program, foods like grains and dairy are thoughtfully and gradually added back to the diet transforming how participants nourish and care for their bodies. Each class opens with a 40 minute circuit training class, followed by a group discussion in a warm and supportive environment, and concludes with a deep meditation and affirmation. This six-week program is led by Integrative Weight Loss Coach, Julie Wallace and Personal Fitness Trainer, Becky Zike. Learn how the mind plays a role in your wellbeing.
