New Classes at Bloom Begin Next Week!
Reserve your space today! NEW~ Circuit Training at Bloom. Over 35 classes will be offered each week. Bloom's Circuit Training Classes offer a perfect blend of exercise in one 40 minute class. Each session begins with simple yoga stretches, leading to a powerful, fat burning circuit series, followed by closing yoga stretches and a final meditation/affirmation. This is a true MINDBODY Fitness program. Class sizes are limited to 15 people and a specialized trainer is there to lead you the whole way. While this workout only takes 40 minutes, it will continue to burn calories for a full 48 hrs. Our classes are designed for students of all fitness levels.
NEW~Tuesday Evening Yin Yoga & Meditation with Kevin Barnard. Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on the passive holding of postures for extended periods of time (3 to 5 minutes). These longer holds benefit the connective tissues of the body such as ligaments, bones and joints. Longer holds also give the body and mind time to slow down and drop into stillness, cultivating a meditative and exploratory component of practice. This class is a wonderful compliment to traditional yang (power-based) yoga styles of practice. Each class ends with a period of meditation to continue the inward journey. All levels are welcome. NEW~ Bloom Barre. NOTE; THIS CLASS WILL NOW BEGIN FEBRUARY 7th. Barre is a unique combination of yoga, Pilates,strength training and barre techniques. Classes include strength building yoga postures and spot toning barre exercises combined with deep full-body stretching. With inspiration from Pilates and dance, focus is on whole body unity as you tone and define the back, core, and smaller muscle groups. All Levels are welcome. NEW~ Teen Yoga with Morgan Wallace. The Teen Yoga Class at Bloom welcomes students ages 13-16 to shake off that school-time stress with some deep breathing and Asana (posture) practice. Un-clutter your mind, re-energize, and increase fitness and flexibility in a non-competitive, supported environment. This class incorporates great music with a fun and uplifting yoga practice. All Levels are welcome. NEW~ Bloom Restore with Julie Wallace. Bloom Restore leads the student through a flowing blend of Restorative and Gentle Yoga, supported poses, and guided meditation. Poses are chosen for ease, comfort, and overall maximum health benefit and relaxation. Stability and balance are facilitated through the use of supportive bolsters, straps, and blankets. Individual student attention, achievement, and relaxation are emphasized.

Integrative Weight Loss at Bloom!
Our January session is sold out and our March session is filling up quickly. Register soon to reserve your spot in this remarkable program!A combination of weight loss coaching, group support, guided exercise and meditation, this six-week program offers you the chance to balance and calm your relationship with food, exercise, and overall wellbeing. Beginning with a two week cleansing diet supported by protein, veggies, limited fruits, supplements, and lots of water, participants "heal" the metabolism and balance the body and mind. Over the course of the program, foods like grains and dairy are thoughtfully and gradually added back to the diet transforming how participants nourish and care for their bodies. Each class opens with a 40 minute circuit training class, followed by a group discussion in a warm and supportive environment, and concludes with a deep meditation and affirmation. This six-week program is led by Integrative Weight Loss Coach, Julie Wallace and Personal Fitness Trainer, Becky Zike. Learn how the mind plays a role in your wellbeing. Change the way you think about weight loss, body image, and your overall approach to living.
