Mid-Year Uniform Exchange
The School Advisory Council announces a new initiative they will undertake this week - the Mid-Year Uniform Exchange. Please read the following message from our Advisory Council President Mrs. Karina Priest:

Due to difficult economic times as well as how fast our children grow, the St. Anastasia Catholic School Advisory Council will hold a mid-year uniform exchange on Friday, January 7, 2011. It will be handled a little differently than the one at the end of the year. We are asking that parents send in the bag of uniforms they wish to exchange with their children on Friday morning. The uniforms should be turned into the front office or the student's homeroom teacher. Please make sure the uniforms are clean and in good condition. Each bag must have a note with the name of the child and what you want to exchange, as well as the sizes you're looking for. Also, you will need to note if you want to get the uniforms back in case you cannot get the sizes you need, or if you'd like to donate them. (Please include your contact information just in case we have questions). Your child will bring home the exchange uniforms or the old ones no later than Monday the following week. The children will not get a free dress day, so please plan accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Karina Priest, School Advisory Council President at 561-329-4515 or karinapriest@gmail.com.

Volunteers are needed to help sort uniforms on Friday. Please meet Mrs. Priest at the front office at 9:30 a.m. if you can assist. Thank you!
Second Annual Fish Fry Dinner
Thanks to the generosity of Inlet Fisheries and the Hegedus family, we will host our second annual Fish Fry Dinner on Wednesday, Jan. 19 from 5-7 p.m. in the auditorium. The dinner will feature fried fish, hush puppies, cheese grits, coleslaw, dessert and drinks for $7.50 per adult and $5 for children 10 and under. Tickets are available at the front office or by contacting Linette Trabulsy at ltrabulsy@stanna.org.

Volunteers are also needed to serve food, serve drinks and set up and clean up. Please contact Mrs. Trabulsy if you would like to volunteer.

Thanks to our generous sponsors thus far: Inlet Fisheries and Dave's Diner!
