Dismissal News

Thank you for your patience and cooperation during our afternoon pick up. Teachers and administration are very pleased with the progress. During dismissal, students are safely in their classrooms and are able to get a head start on homework. Although we are close to reaching our goal of finishing the dismissal procedure by 3:20 p.m., we would ask your assistance once again. In order to alleviate the inconvenience of traffic in the neighboring community and to avoid parents stuck in traffic for longer than needed, please do not arrive for pick up prior to 2:50 p.m. Dismissal begins at 3:00 p.m. and the pick up lines move fastest at approximately 3:10 p.m. Also, a reminder: please do not park on 33rd Street and pick up your children. Thank you for your help. With your assistance, we can make the dismissal procedure better for all involved. Thanks.

One of our students, 8th grader Cassidy Flynn, was featured on Live with Regis & Kathy Lee this morning! Cassidy and two of her friends entered a video in their "Wild and Wacky Talent Contest" and the video was chosen as a finalist! Over 87,000 videos were entered into this contest. Magazine Drive

Don't forget, the Magazine Drive kicks off today. The first Turn In Day is Monday. Students can win prizes for selling magazines AND turning in the Sub Net postcards enclosed in the package that was sent home yesterday.
