Trinity Completes Flagship Sovereign Branch in Big Apple

Trinity is pleased to announce completion of a 3,400 square foot flagship branch for Sovereign Bank, at 1290 Avenue of the Americas in New York City. The project was located on the ground floor of an occupied building, and heavy pedestrian traffic had to be managed while exterior work was completed. The Project team worked closely with the building’s management to prevent any disruptions to adjacent tenants, including Rolling Stone Magazine located directly above. Completed work includes— Structural Steel, Fireproofing, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Terrazzo Flooring, Millwork, a new store front system, as well as 12 foot high, glass, rolling DORMA sliding doors. Trinity completed this project on schedule and under budget.
