Greetings!

The supervisory board of Winkler+Dünnebier AG recently announced a change in the leadership at W+D.  While we have made many positive strides forward in recent years, it is now time to take the next steps to face the new challenges facing our industry.

As a member of the Körber PaperLink Group, W+D has joined a large number of distinguished engineering companies dedicated to developing the latest technology in our areas of expertise. For those of you who attended our demonstration at drupa '08, you saw the results of a company that is committed to innovation and product development. We demonstrated eight new machines or major re-designs for the envelope machinery.

This new appointment is confirmation of the Board's commitment to continue to lead in the development of new and improved technologies for the benefit of the envelope industry.

Below is the News Release announcing the new appointment. W+D Machinery Company welcomes Jochen Engelke to our company. He is planning to attend the spring EMA meeting in Florida where you will have an opportunity to meet him. I know he is anxious to learn more about our industry in the United States. He will certainly look forward to meeting you and discussing your needs and ways in which W+D may be able to help.

Regards,

Mark Hischar
