Tiffany Kline has been involved with managing a family business, was an accounting department manager at Mid-America Motorworks, securities sales assistant at Fifth Third Bank, human resources specialist at Orgill, Inc., teller/customer service representative at Midland States Bank and a financial consultant intern at AG Edwards & Sons. Tiffany has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - St. Louis majoring in Finance and also attended the Imperial College in London. She is a graduate of Lake Land College and Altamont Community High School. She resides in Altamont with her husband, Derrick.
Laura Huth, President and CEO of do good Consulting, has nearly 20 years of non-profit fundraising, communications and marketing experience. She has worked on a wide array of organizational development issues including: strategic planning, story-based communications and fundraising. Laura founded the Illinois Student Environmental Network, a statewide training organization and was the Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County. She has also served on the Urbana City Council.
Ned Lunt, President and CEO of Competitive Advantage Consulting, has served as the interim BSC counselor, held senior management positions for The Thomas Monahan Corporation, Professional Software, Inc., Hills Pet Nutrition and DH+S. This extensive experience in operations, systems and financial management, strategic planning and process improvements should be a wonderful skill set that will benefit our clients.

Dr. Bill Minnis is an associate professor for Eastern Illinois University's School of Business. Bill is the former bank president for Citizen's National Bank in Paris, Illinois. He was the Director of the Small Business Development Center at Indiana State University where he helped hundreds of clients start and grow their business.
Dr. Jill Nilsen is the Vice President Emeritus of External Relations at Eastern Illinois University. In that position, Jill managed the fundraising, alumni relations, marketing and communications, legislative and board relations for the university. She is on numerous nonprofit boards and now consults with nonprofits and businesses in the area.
Darlene Riedemann has been a LCBAS faculty member since August, 2000 at Eastern Illinois University. Darlene is experienced in all phases of marketing including market research, developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing proposals. She has worked for A Taste of California, Montgomery Ward, Sears, Boise Cascade and the Quill Corp. Darlene created DMB Marketing Consulting in 2005 to provide consultation for businesses and educators in the fields of marketing and research.

Steve Benner has been a faculty member at Eastern Illinois University since 2004. Steve owns a collectible business and his primary interest is in financial and managerial accounting. He received a Bachelor of Science in both accounting and finance and his MBA from Eastern Illinois University.
