Girl Scout offices to be closed
tomorrow, Friday, July 6

For the safety and protection of our members, please be advised that the Sally Cheever Girl Scout Leadership Center will be closed tomorrow, Friday, July 6 for necessary repairs to the facility's electrical infrastructure. As a result of the repairs, all communication with GSSWT staff will be suspended.

In case of a serious emergency, please call the council's ICE phone at 210-219-9995 and be sure to visit girlscouts-swtx.org or facebook.com/GirlScoutsSWTX for updates and a notice of when communication with GSSWT staff has been restored.

Thank you for your patience and our apologies for any inconvenience.

Save the dolphins with Girl Scouts! Join us to design, build, program, and test boats and submarines using the LEGO NXT robotics system to locate and rescue "dolphins" trapped in an underwater net. Wurzbach Parkway progress

Keep an eye out for heavy equipment transportation in our area the next few months, as construction on the Wurzbach Parkway extension continues to progress.

Please drive slowly when entering the grounds near the Sally Cheever Girl Scout Leadership Center, as trucks will be coming and going quite often through the lot.

Construction on Wurzbach Parkway is scheduled for completion in 2015.

For more information and weekly updates on the construction, sign up for the newsletter here.

Thank you for your patience, and for taking care to drive safely when traveling to and from our headquarters!
