New Sneakers!

In keeping with our back to school theme, I rode in today on my old 2002 Triumph Daytona/Speed Triple with my first ever pair of Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires. I really like the way they feel and handle, and was very pleasantly surprised by their cornering characteristics. They offer very positive feedback and they are confidence inspiring. My new sneakers are now scrubbed in enough for me to begin to ride them a little harder. Wow, I have been reminded, once again, how new rubber can really change the way your bike feels and handles. I guess it is just like going back to school with a new pair sneakers......improved performance and confidence!

My niece Aurelia, whom some of you may remember working at our counter last summer, has just returned from a European sojourn, and brought a couple of photos back to share with us. It turns out that she found Spain to be a serious motorcycle country with Ducatis and Triumphs everywhere.
