Try Our Newest Additions
Just in time for Mother's Day, we're introducing three new products--two fresh flavored white balsamic vinegars, Apricot and Lemongrass Mint, and a naturally flavored Butter extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).

The Apricot balsamic vinegar has the flavor of a juicy, slightly tart Blenheim apricot. It's great brushed on fruit kabobs or whisked in with our Basil or Meyer Lemon olive oils for a terrific salad dressing.

Our Lemongrass Mint balsamic includes natural Thai lemon grass and mint. Add this vinegar to diced fresh, hot Thai chiles with Fustini's Harissa oil for a taste explosion on meats, pasta and rice. It's also great combined with Fustini's Cilantro & Roasted Onion, Garlic or Persian Lime olive oils for a zippy salad dressing.

Finally, for vegetarians, vegans or anyone with dairy allergies or intolerances, try our new Butter EVOO. Perfect as a healthy butter substitute anywhere you want the flavor and effect of melted butter.

We're inviting any and all recipes for possible inclusion in How Fustini's Does Fustini's, the upcoming sequel to our top-selling cookbook, In the Kitchen with Fustini's. If you have an original recipe that incorporates Fustini's in the ingredients, we'd love to hear from you.

Authors of recipes published will receive a complimentary copy of the cookbook and their favorite pairing.

Happy Anniversary
Our Holland store celebrated its 2nd anniversary last weekend. Party goers enjoyed popcorn drizzled with truffle oil and a delicious cake from Alpen Rose Restaurant topped with fresh strawberries, the balsamic drizzling of their choice and whipped cream. Yum!

Here are just a few events planned in and around our stores in Traverse City, Petoskey, Holland & Ann Arbor:

Visit Holland May 5-12 for Tulip Time. "Come now for the tulips, come later for the festival."

Don't miss Petoskey's 2nd annual Health and Wellness Fair at Odawa Casino on May 9 from 1-7 pm. It's free and open to the public. Click here for details.

The Northwest Michigan Habitat for Humanity Auction is May 10 at 5:30 pm at the Petoskey fairgrounds. Enjoy delicious foods and amazing silent and live auction items. View the flyer here.

The Holland Farmers' Market opens on May 16, running every Wednesday and Saturday for the season.

Join us at Siren Hall in Elk Rapids on May 17 for an oil and vinegar dinner. Reception at 5:30 pm, dinner at 6:30 pm. $40 per person, plus tax, gratuity and beverage. Reservations are suggested, (231) 264-6062.
