We call it the "fresh crush," that one time of year when

the flavorsome, aromatic oils come directly from the fields of Chile and Australia to our stores!
The olive harvest happens once per year in each hemisphere. This is the season for the south, when Australia and other countries harvest their best. And beyond just fresh, great flavor, these early shipments also ensure the oils are packed with high antioxidant polyphenol content.
Here's the story: the "fresh crush" shipments just arrived in our four stores! We're carrying three varieties, all of which were award winners at the LA Olive Oil Show: Hojiblanca, Picual and Koroneiki. Supplies are limited and will go very quickly, so check us out soon!
