Medical Center Needs You
Adolescence has been recognized as a key time in life in which young girls are at risk of becoming overweight. Creighton University Medical Center's Dairy Diaries project is recruiting 13-14 year-old girls for a one-year study looking at the role dairy intake has on weight management. Watch their video.This study proposes that increasing the intake of dairy foods, which are easily accessible and nutrient-rich, will actually help reduce the risk of becoming overweight. Adolescent girls in various weight ranges are needed for this study. See their flyer here or send an email if you would like to participate.
