Dear Friends,
| We've had an amazing beginning of the year. Our hallways feel like summer with students from around the world, including groups from Panama, Ecuador and Martinique who are spending their vacation enhancing their English and enjoying the sights of Boston.
Last month we had a contest in Facebook; the lucky winner will receive a four-week scholarship to study at BSML.
Don't forget to check our tweets and posts on Facebook. The Tweets focus on tips for grammar, vocabulary and structure, as well as news about student activities and achievements. The Facebook page provides a meeting place for current and former students to share news and learn more about what is happening at the school. The Group Experience
|
Here at BSML we take great pride in the English immersion experience we provide to our individual students with personalized instruction and service.
And yet, another popular offering is our group tour service. For decades, we have been hosting special interest groups, usually organized by agents, who come to Boston to have a unique American experience centered around English immersion. Some groups are organized by age or academic interests, while others are formed around professional or cultural interests. We work with each group leader to provide English instruction, with customized electives and outside activities designed to enrich and entertain the group. We combine that with housing accommodations that are best-suited for the group, be that host families, student apartments, luxury apartments or family housing.
If you have plans to host a group and are looking for a unique and high quality experience, please consider contacting one of our specialists who will work with you to design a memorable and rewarding experience tailored to your specific needs.

Facebook Contest
|
 | |
Winner - Hector Dugarte
|
For the sake of giving the opportunity to our Facebook fans to interact more vividly with us, the school proposed a contest. In order to participate, our fans had to share with us their most creative and original pictures through posting on our Facebook wall. In this contest our students had the chance to win 4 weeks of ESL classes at our school. We wanted to give our fans a meaningful and valuable prize, so they could have the opportunity to enjoy the life-changing experience that so many people at BSML have had. The rules of the contest were very simple; First, our fans just had to like our page and post their picture on our wall. Second, they had to share it and ask their peers to click "LIKE" on the picture. Finally, the picture with the most "LIKES" by March 9th, would be the winner of the 4 weeks of ESL classes! Yes! That simple!
The pictures posted on our page received an outstanding number of +6,400 Likes from fans from all over the world. It was a fun thing to do to see the variety of ideas and poses that our fans came up with. But as the rules stated, there could be just one winner. The contest came down to the three top pictures posted by our friends Astrid, Hector, and Karla. We want to congratulate every fan that posted his/her picture. For this opportunity the winner was Hector Dugarte from Venezuela, who with his enthusiasm and charisma managed to get the most likes of all the participants. Hector collected 1548 Likes by March 9th, followed by Karla with 1249 and Astrid with 183 Likes. Hector let us know his passion for English and his dream of coming to BSML, as he stated: " I want to Learn it...Live it...because I already love BSML!-BSML Rocks".
As our managing director, Thom Smith, says "your passion to study English is what motivates us". Your passion to share and enjoy our feeds on Facebook is what motivates us to give you guys the best posts every day. We appreciate and enjoy interacting with you guys and hope you continue to enjoy our work on Facebook. Continue checking out our Facebook page; many cool and interesting things are yet to come.
ENGLISH! Learn it...Live it....LOVE IT!
Sincerely,
your Facebook Team. Elisa, Liliana and Agustin.

My experience at BSML has been very nice. To discover another country, another culture and be part of the BSML family was just magic. I made new friends from all over the world. I improved my English a lot and learned a little Spanish from my new friends. The teachers and the staff were just amazing. At any time they were here to help and also to cheer you up... BSML is for me more than a simple school of English, I consider it as a big family.
I will always keep good memories of BSML, and I would like to recommend this school to all of my friends who want to learn English, a new culture, and a little bit of other languages. Boston is also a very great location with all its museums and universities.
The adjective that would describe my experience at BSML best is: "fabulous"!
