Greetings!
LBM would like to thank our clients and many of our valuable media and retailer friends for allowing us a little time off in the beginning of June to celebrate the wedding of our lovely daughter and outstanding Social Media Maven to her fiancé, Michael Gall. The wedding took place just outside of Annapolis on the water and family came from as far away as California to see those two get hitched! Since Ashley arrived at LBM she has been a game changer for our company and a delight to work with. Old LB, herself, also realized what a job she has been doing for our clients. If you ever thought that social media was just pushing a couple of buttons, 140-word tweets or dropping some text and images in templates - you are dead wrong! Over the past two weeks, while Ashley and Mike enjoyed Hawaii, LB was busy cursing in about 27 different languages while tackling the various platforms. We are glad she is back to work and LB is a bit more enlightened on the scope of a social media manager's job. Thank you again!

The New ATN OTS-32 / OTS-64 Thermal Multi-Purpose System
|
American Technologies Network introduce the OTS-32 and OTS-64; the digital multi-purpose thermal imaging system for shooting sports enthusiasts to law enforcement and private security.
Built around state-of-the-art uncooled thermal imaging technology, with integrated DSP-based electronics, in a compact and lightweight construction, the new OTS-32 and OTS-64 are versatile monoculars that can be used as a handheld, helmet-mounted or weapons-mounted thermal imaging device. They provide excellent image quality through total darkness, fog, smoke and other visual obstructions. Total darkness, camouflage or bright lights will not affect the sensitivity of these units. It features four different reticles with choice of reticle color: black, red, green or white. A MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny Rail with Quick Release Mount makes the OTS-32 / OTS-64 instantly mountable on a variety of weapon systems. Mark Mrozek, President of Sentry Solutions, Reflects on the Blade Show Held June 8-10 in Atlanta, Georgia
|
The Blade Show was great. It, along with the NRA show, is consistently a good show. One day,
Sentry Solutions' booth was taken over by snipers! John Simpson (ret. 10th Special Forces US Army), Steve Sevier (Sniper Instructor and Sentry Solutions' Sales Professional), Rob Sheppard (owner and lead instructor for Precision Applications, LLC) came for a visit to our booth.
Ed Fowler is a long time knife maker. Long ago, Steve Shackleford, Blade Magazine editor, introduced me to Ed and said if you could get Ed to use TUF-CLOTH that really would be something. Well, it took a few years to wean Ed off the use of bear fat as a lube and corrosion inhibitor but we finally did and now Ed includes a sample TUF-CLOTH with every knife he sells.
Ken Onion, renowned knife maker, made his annual visit to Sentry Solutions' booth to praise us for our products, especially the HI-SLIP GREASE. Ken liked using it so much in the assembly of his knives he instructed the factories mass producing his knives to use it. So Sentry Solutions exports HI-SLIP GREASE to those factories in China and Taiwan.
