Laura Burgess Marketing's results ranked among the top 10% of Constant Contact's customer base. This marks the second consecutive year that Laura Burgess Marketing has won this coveted award.
Laura Burgess Marketing was founded in 2003 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire by firearms industry veteran Laura Burgess as a boutique public relations and marketing communications firm specializing in the law enforcement, tactical, military, shooting sports, recreational fishing and boating industry. In 2009, her husband Eric Burgess and daughter Ashley Burgess joined the firm to expand their reach and introduce new emerging media tools to their clients. The company relocated to New Bern, North Carolina in the summer of 2010 and continues to help companies build better brand awareness to the media and their customers through traditional and emerging media methods.

- Survey completion rates
- Use of social features
- Use of mailing list sign-up tools
