Online Giving
Have you thought about giving to our Strong Communites campaign? Well, now it's easier with online giving!
The Strong Communities campaign makes YMCA programs affordable and accessible to all. The campaign allows us to open our doors and our hearts to those in need. Families who cannot afford the full price of programs and child care can receive financial assistance scholarships. Your investment in the YMCA is an efficient and effective way to help those in need with programs that build strong kids, strong families and strong communities.
Here's what your gift can do:
$25 protects a child from drowning by giving them a session of swim lessons
$50 raises a child's self esteem through participation in a youth sport
$100 provides one child with a week of quality before and after school care
$500 stenghtens a family with six months of membership

We are now using Twitter to get urgent messages out to our members quickly. When you choose to "Follow Us" you'll receive YMCA alerts as a text message and/or email to your phone or computer - ultimately saving you time, effort and gasoline. Imagine that your child plays YMCA soccer and you have a game this afternoon. The Program Director discovers the soccer field is flooded and it is necessary to postpone this afternoon's game. The YMCA will "tweet" a message that shows up on their branch web page AND is immediately sent to your phone and/or computer as a text message or email. So now you know that you should not drive to the game today. This Twitter account will only be used to generate urgent messages about delays, closings and changes in programming. Click on the link below to join us now - it's FREE and requires no personal information except your name and email address or phone number.

| Before and After School Program Registration
We're not trying to rush summmer out the door, but if you have school-age children, its time to start exploring and registering for before and after school care.
Our school age child care program provides an environment in which children make friends, become part of a group, meet physical challenges and know they are liked, respected and appreciated. For the times you can't be there yourself, the YMCA supports your efforts to nuture your child's healthy development. Staff members are partners with parents and other caregivers, working together to help children grow healthy, happy and strong.
A $40 non-refundable registration fee is due upon registration. A copy of school physical, immunization record, original birth certificate and payment must accompany each registration.
