When You Give, You Receive!
At the YMCA, one of our most important goals has always been to enrich the lives of the children and families in the communities we serve. Our Strong
Communities Campaign supports kids and families in our communities who need a helping hand along their journey through life.
One of our members had a heart attack in his late 30's, following the birth of his youngest child. He was excited to have a place where he knew his children were safe and where he could continue to create a healthier lifestyle for himself and his family. His driving force is knowing he will be around to watch his children grow up.
This story is just one example of many families in our communities who needed a helping hand in their journey through life. By giving to the YMCA, you help build communities where we are encouraged to lead balanced, healthy, active lives and to take personal responsibility. This benefits us all!
