Greetings!

The Terre Foods Co-op is in the middle of some serious work that will bring the co-op much closer to opening--stay tuned for more soon!

In the meanwhile, we've got some great events planned for this summer!  Below are some of the events right around the corner; at the end is a prospective list of events for the remainder of the summer.

If you want to take the Beginning Beer Brewing Class this Saturday, you need to register today with April Osburn at aosburn@clabbergirl.com, or at 812-478-7113.  There are still seats left, and we need to meet a minimum registration in order to host the class.  See below for more class details!
Terre Foods Classes: Beginning Brewing
THIS SATURDAY, JUNE 6, noon-2pm, Clabber Girl Kitchens

Have you ever wanted to try your hand at brewing your own beer?  It's simpler than you might think, and quite a lot of fun!  And you get a delicious beer at a fraction of the cost of high-end exports.  Join Brian Morton and Colin Pizerak as they introduce you to the basics of extract brewing (i.e., starting with grain extracts, rather than the more advanced whole grain brewing).  This class will cover the equipment, ingredients, and techniques necessary to do extract brewing in your own home.

THE FUTURE OF FOOD offers an in-depth investigation into the disturbing truth behind the unlabeled, patented, genetically engineered foods that have quietly filled U.S. grocery store shelves for the past decade.

Admission is FREE (donations are accepted).  Come out and enjoy some of the great movies being made about our changing food landscape!
